The entire family will love this incredibly spacious 3-bedroom condo just one and a half blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Our 25th Avenue condo offers central air and is beautifully decorated. A vaulted ceiling in the Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen with a breakfast bar add to the open feeling. The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen tv and master bath with tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen tv and the third bedroom has two twin beds and a flat screen tv. Across the hall is the second bathroom with a tub and shower. Also, a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, two twin sleeper sofas, a flat screen tv, surround sound and gas fireplace and DOUBLE sliders that leads to your HUGE private covered deck to enjoy the Friday night fireworks! The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with pots, frying pans, plenty of dishes, glasses, mugs and flatware and plenty of cooking utensils. There is a two-slice toaster, blender for those Margaritas, microwave, full size refrigerator, stove and a combo coffee maker and Keurig. There is parking for one car in the driveway. WIFI is provided.
