We have installed a high-end Airetheral HEPA air filter with UV filtering as well as Anion air ionizer used to eliminate airborne bacteria in the unit which will continually monitor and filter the air in the condo for your safety and comfort. This ideal end-unit, with its open floor layout, offers lots of wonderful natural sunlight, with plenty of room for you and your family to spread out. Wildwood Crest is only one short block away as well. There are the added conveniences of a heated pool as well as an ELEVATOR.

This second-floor unit features a large living room, central air conditioning, elevator, private washer and dryer, kitchen with snack bar, full bath off master bedroom, dishwasher, deck with furniture, and two covered assigned off-street parking spaces. There is brand new bedroom furniture as well as a gorgeous new sleeper sofa and loveseat. There is a twin bunk bed above a full bed in the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster oven, pots, pans, utensils and all plates, bowls, and silverware. The unit has 3 Flat screen TVs and 2 DVD/VCR combos. It is a block away from famous Duffers Ice Cream and Miniature Golf, and close to the playground and basketball courts. It is also a short distance from the new ACME Supermarket and CVS Pharmacy. BEST OF ALL IT HAS ITS OWN IN-GROUND HEATED POOL ON THE PREMISES!
Free high-speed internet is also included in this condo.
You will have the use of a private storage shed. There are 5 beach chairs, and 2 beach umbrellas, numerous beach/pool toys for the kids, and an oversized BEACH WAGON (with large sand tires) for your use.
Rental rates are as stated. A $200 refundable security deposit is required to reserve requested dates.

Nice weekend getaway
Tom was so great to work with, pleasant and quick to respond. Condo was clean and close to beach. Since we had a rainy cold weekend the heated pool was great for the kids. As well as the games they had.

Wonderful rental
Fantastic overall experience with the rental unit & the owner. Tom was very easy to deal with, responsive & attentive with any issues we had. Unit is very comfortable, clean, very nicely decorated & convenient. Two parking spaces in garage area under the complex. Two cars deep in line with each other, not next to one another, in front of the outdoor shower area. Bike racks, grill & outdoor storage shed with large beach cart, lots of beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc. Unit has a fully stocked kitchen, all plates, glasses, mugs, flatware, cooking utensils, tupperware, mixing bowls, full sized appliances, toaster oven, coffee pot, etc., we didn't need anything. There was even plastic kids plates, cups & utensils. You will need to provide your own things like tinfoil, plastic wrap, etc., but the unit had all cleaning products, sponges, garbage bags, paper towels & toilet paper, which was so nice to not have to bring those. There are a few pantry items, salt, pepper, but you'll of course need to provide any condiments, etc. Front closet is full of cleaning items, broom, mop, clothes drying racks, even an umbrella & baby umbrella stroller! Master bedroom has a walk in closet with a vacuum & even a Pack-N-Play portable crib. Master bath with a shower/tub & one sink vanity. Second bathroom has a shower and smaller one sink vanity, but both bathrooms have plenty of room. Master is good sized, with lots of room. Second bedroom is a little small, but only because of the large bunk bed with the full size bed on the bottom, which is great. My kids loved the room, with it's own TV, even down to a nightlight for the kids, the owners have thought of pretty much everything! Closets are stocked with lots of extra blankets and pillows, and even DVD's, VHS tapes, kids toys and games, and adult books to choose from. Washer and dryer was fantastic, central air worked great, easy to use digital thermostat, wifi worked great, and almost every possible cable channel available. There is an elevator, but we never used it as the stairs are right at the end with the unit. Most of the other tenants were pleasant, personable and friendly. Unfortunately, not the tenants directly above, who were loud, and at very late hours, but that's condo life. The unit is very quiet, and all of Wildwood is densely populated, so you do hear noise of others. This rental is absolutely worth it and we will definitely be coming back. Condo was great! Quiet area, well stocked kitchen, spacious, elevator for those who can't do stairs. Items in storage shed for use such as a wagon, beach chairs and beach toys, close to the boardwalk. Only a short distance to stores, restaurants, bakery, miniature golf and ice cream.

Great get-a-way
Owner was great to work with, very quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely rent from him again. Place was very nice, clean, and spacious enough for a family. Close to boardwalk and beach.

Clean, well stocked and great location!
It felt like a home away from home at first arrival. The condo is well taken care of and had all kitchen supplies you could think of. Also having the washer/dryer right there was great also. The pool was a little smaller then I had anticipated but ended up not being a big deal at all. We would love to make this a yearly visit and would rent this condo again. Tom the onwer was amazing and got back to me right away with any questions we had. Loved this place and our vacation wad absolutely amazing! Thank you do much Tom!

All the comforts of home!
We loved that the house was stocked with all the supplies we could possibly need, particularly for cooking. Furnishings were really comfortable, clean and new. The only inconvenience was bringing our own linens and towels, but that's such commonplace with these rentals. Owner was very responsive to questions, I really appreciated his attentiveness. Great proximity to boardwalk and convention center (literally just a couple blocks to the boardwalk). Maybe a 20-25 min walk to get to the epicenter of the boardwalk. Wished checkout could have been a little later since the contract stated we needed to clean, but we made it out on time. Would definitely stay here again!

Welcoming, Immaculate Home by the Ocean. Wood stay again 100%
From the moment you see the front porch and welcome sign on the door, you feel like you are home. It was inviting, welcoming, immaculate and decorated beautifully. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. The home had everything you could ask for, including beach chairs, umbrella and a cart to pull it only 2 blocks to the ocean. This is an amazing home for anyone looking to be close to the ocean with a home style feel of a beach house. Loved it and would go back 100%.

All we could ask for!
This condo was very clean, spacious, and in a great location. It was stocked with anything we needed even though we did make sure to replace anything we did use for the next renters. The heated pool was great for a refreshing dip at the end of a long day either at the beach or on the boards. Our two sons ages 12 and 5 loved every minute of it! Working with Tom was very smooth and we already received our deposit back. Beautifully decorated condo that made us feel like home away from home for sure. We hope to go back next year!!

Great Condo in a great location!
This condo was great and had great amenities! The beach theme decorations were nice and we felt very relaxed during our stay since it was also at the quiet end of the boardwalk! Having the beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, and beach wagon for use was very convenient. Also, all the movies, books, and games came in handy for the rainy days! The owner, Tom, was great to work with!. He was always quick to answer whatever questions we had, or to address any issues. We loved the condo and would recommend it to any family looking for a great place to stay for vacation!
