If your looking for a heated pool, sun, surf, sand in a great location, block to the beach with life guards, look no further! A spacious, immaculate 3 bedroom, 2 bath second floor condo, with hard wood floors, central air conditioning and heat, large washer and dryer, private balcony, shaded parking garage for two cars, elevator, barbecue, heated pool with lounge chairs, and pool bathroom. Enjoy the view from the balcony and watch the Friday night fireworks!
Fully equipped kitchen for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Provided are refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, pots, pans, dishes, glassware, coffee mugs, wine glasses, serving platters, silverware, cooking utensils, crock pot, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, blender, mixer. Dining room with pub table that seats 8 and 2 saddle chairs at the kitchen counter.
The master bedroom (Bedroom 1) has a private bath room with walk in shower, 50" Roku LED television, queen size bed, two night stands with lamps, dresser with mirror, media chest, and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 has a 43" Roku LED television, queen size bed, one night stand with lamp, dresser with mirror, clothes closet, and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3 has a 43" Roku television, full size bed, twin bed, one night stand with lamp, dresser with mirror, clothes closet, and ceiling fan.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the hallway bathroom with shower.
The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, table with lamp, ceiling fan and 55" Roku LED television.
Free 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz WIFI.
There's a laundry room with a large washer and dryer with shelving.
Guests must bring their own sheets, towels, and beach gear. Provided are pillows and comforters.
Park your car in the shaded garage and take the elevator up to your condo. There's a limit of 2 cars.
Walk to Centennial park for free summer outdoor concerts. There's public trolley service to the world famous boardwalk with lot's of restaurants, shops, miniature golf, arcades, funnel cakes, ice cream, games of chance, and Morey's amusement rides. Visit historic Cape May to see the beach, take a stroll to admire the beautiful historic Victorian houses, take a carriage ride, and visit Washington Street Mall with lots of quaint shops, restaurants, and ice cream. Stone Harbor, 96th Street Mall, is another must see with shops, restaurants, ice cream, and recently renovated Harbor Square movie theatre. About a half hour drive is the FREE Cape May County zoo, where you can see more than 550 animals, in 85 acres of exhibits. Boating, water skiing, wave runners, tennis, golfing and the finest fishing on the east coast are all just a short distance away.
There's an 8 person limit in the condo. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday with a check-in time of 3 PM and check-out time of 10 AM.
